As per the Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Company is required to file the Disclosures of Related Party Transactions every six months within fifteen days from the date of publication of its Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results in the format as specified by the SEBI from time to time. The Company has availed exemption under Regulation 15 (2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in respect of Corporate Governance including Regulation 23 (9) in respect of filing of half yearly related party transactions. Hence, the provision of compliance of Regulation 23 (9) is not applicable to the Company for the financial year 2023 - 24. Hence, the Company is not required to submit Disclosures of Related Party Transactions on half yearly basis for the financial year 2023 - 24.
