Pursuant to Regulations 6(1), 30 (2) & 30(6) read with Part A Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today (i.e., February 13, 2023) has approved the appointment of Mr. Ritesh Shivkumar Mishra as the Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) and Compliance Officer of the company w.e.f. February 13, 2023. The information required under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with of SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is enclosed in Annexure-2.
