The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today (i.e., February 13, 2023), has recorded the resignation of Mr. Ajay Yadav IAS., as the Chairman and Non-Executive Additional Director of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on Monday, February 13, 2023. The disclosure required as per Regulation 30 Para A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) read with the SEBI Circular having reference no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is enclosed in Annexure-1.
