Pursuant to SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018,relevant circulars from time to time, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 1st, 2022 for all the Designated Persons(including Directors).The Trading Window will be open 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30,2022 shall be intimated in due course.
