This is to inform the Exchange that in terms of Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity shares of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons of the Company from July 1, 2024 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the dissemination of the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2024. The details of the date of Board Meeting for approval of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 shall be intimated in due course of time. Accordingly, the designated persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in securities either by themselves or by their immediate relatives during the aforesaid period of closure of the trading window.
