ENCORE SOFTWARE LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/12/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve The Board of Directors of Encore Software Ltd., at an emergency virtual meeting today. Decided to postpone the AGM scheduled for December 30, 2020, to a later date which would be announced shortly, and passed the following resolution:<BR> <BR> Resolved that in view of the unfortunate fact that the Annual Report of the Company for FY 2019-20 could not be printed in time, the Board is regretfully forced to postpone the Company''s AGM, scheduled for December 30, 2020, to a later date which will be announced shortly. <BR> <BR> This may please be taken on record.
