Dear Sir/Mam,<BR> <BR> We hereby inform you that as per the Code of Conduct of the Company (Amended) under the SEBI Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 (Amended) to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Directors, Designated Employees and other connected persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01st July 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ending on 30th June 2020. <BR> <BR> Accordingly, all the Directors, Designated Employees and other connected persons of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take note of the same. <BR>
