| Please note that as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the provisions of Regulations 2015 are not applicable to the Company for the financial year 2023-24 as the paid up share capital of the Company as at 31st March 2024 was Rs. 7,21,15,000 and the Net worth of the Company as at 31st March 2024 was Rs. 6,74,11,770. Hence the Company had not exceeded the prescribed threshold limits for applicability of provisions of Regulations 23 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 for the year 2023-24. Hence the Company is not required to submit disclosure of Related Party Transcation in XBRL Mode as required under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) for the period ended March 31, 2024. | |
