We refer our letter dated 12 November 2020 inter alia informing about the Scheme of Amalgamation of Creative Stylo Packs Private Limited (Transferor Company or CSPL) with EPL Limited (Transferee Company or EPL) pursuant to the Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013 and applicable laws (the Scheme). This is to further inform you that the Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (the NCLT) has sanctioned the Scheme in hearing on 16 September 2022. Copy of the Order in this respect is made available on 29 September 2022 on the NCLT website. The Company is in process of obtaining the certified true copy of the Order. We will submit the certified true copy of the Order once we receive the same.
