| Eris Lifesciences Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/01/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Eris Lifesciences Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 28th January, 2021 to, inter alia, consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, as informed by us vide letter dated 23rd December, 2020, the trading window has been already closed from 1st January, 2021 and will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company pursuant to SEBI [Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and Policy on 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its Designated Persons and immediate relatives of Designated Persons of the Company'' for the purpose of Board Meeting. <BR> | |
