In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors have passed a circular resolution on December 20, 2020, approving the appointment of Mr. Krishnakumar Vaidyanathan (DIN : 08976508) as an 'Additional Director' Executive on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from December 20, 2020 until the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company or the last date on which the AGM should have been held, Whichever is earlier.
