| EROS INTERNATIONAL MEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 and any other matter with permission of the Chair.<BR> <BR> Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and with the Company's Code of Conduct of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Company's securities was closed from October 1, 2021 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results i.e., upto November 14, 2021. | |
