| EROS INTERNATIONAL MEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> We now wish to inform you that the Board Meeting held on Friday, November 12, 2021 stands adjourned due to a lack of Quorum at the meeting of Audit Committee and the meeting of Audit Committee is adjourned to tomorrow i.e. November 13, 2021.<BR> <BR> Therefore, the Board Meeting is also adjourned to tomorrow i.e. on Saturday, November 13, 2021 inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021 and other allied and cognate matters.<BR> <BR> The results will be submitted and published after the same is approved by the Board in the adjourned meeting. | |
