With reference to the Circulars issued by BSE vide Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 and NSE vide Circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by the insiders framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from Sunday, January 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.
