Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company in its Board Meeting held on 12th August 2022 have approved to surrender its factory leased premises situated at P-41, Taratala Road, Kolkata 700 088 to Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata (Erstwhile Kolkata Port Trust) with effect from 1st April 2023, subject to any regulatory approvals or consents as may be required. The lease term in respect of the said factory premises with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata (Erstwhile Kolkata Port Trust) will be expiring on 31st March 2023.
