Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Board in its meeting held today i.e. May 13, 2022 has inter-alia-approved the following items: 1. Recommended the dividend of Rs. 7.00/- (70%) per fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2021-22 on all Equity shares that will be held on the Record Date to be announced for the purpose, other than the Equity Shares held by Escorts Benefit and Welfare Trust, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
