Appointment of Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma as Company Secretary in place of Mr. G.B. Mathur w.e.f. January 16, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. January 16, 2015.
