| Encl herewith please find notice of the 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Sat, 30th Dec 2023 at 12:00 pm (IST) through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). In accordance with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated Sep 25,2023 and SEBI circular dated Oct 07, 2023, notice is being sent through electronic mode to the Members of the Company. Notice has been uploaded on the website of the company at www.eshamedia.com. Further as per the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rule 20 of the Companies ( Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 the Company has availed E-voting services of the K Fin Technologies Private Limited ("Karvy") for providing e- voting facility to its Members.
