Pursuant to sub clause (7A) inserted under clause A in Part A os Schedule III under regulation 30 (2) read with SEBI circular number - CIR/CFD/CMD/114/2019 dated 18th October 2019, we hereby inform you that the statutory auditors of the company M/s NSVR and Associates LLP, Chartered accountants ( FRN 008801S/S200060 have tendered their resignations letter dated 12th August, 2024 from the position of the Statutory auditors with effect from 12th August, 2024.
