In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. 28th March, 2024 has inter alia, considered and approved the allotment of 1,05,60,250 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each, for cash, at an issue price of Rs. 94.60/- per Equity Share (including premium of Rs. 89.60/- each), for an aggregate amount up to Rs. 99,89,99,650/- on Preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
