| This is to inform you that the Company vide its intimation dated November 14, 2022 had informed about the initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ('CIRP') under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('IBC') against the Company and appointment of Mr. Naren Sheth as an Interim Resolution Professional. In furtherance to the same, we wish to inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai ('NCLT') in the hearing dated 22.12.2022 has appointed Mr. Jigar P. Shah, having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01121/2018-19/11820 having Registered address at B/801 Gopal Palace, Nr.
