| EURO MULTIVISION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter December 31, 2022. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the terms of 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company which is closed from Friday, December 30, 2022 shall continue to remain closed as per our letter dated December 30, 2022 submitted to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited and shall re-open on the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. | |
