Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors and Resolution Professional of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, February 14, 2023 did not consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022 as the Company did not receive the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors on the said financial results due to pending of approval of fees by the Committee of Creditors payable to the Statutory Auditors due to initiation of CIRP proceedings of the company. The next date of the meeting for consideration of the aforesaid financial results shall be informed in due course of time. Further, due to the non-consideration of the aforesaid Financial Results, the trading window continues to remain closed.
