Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 6, 2020, on recommendation of the Audit Committee inter alia considered and approved the appointment of M/s. S. S. Singhvi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Surat, Gujarat (FRN: 114980W) as Statutory Auditors of the Company w.e.f. 6th October, 2020, subject to the approval of shareholders, to fill the casual vacancy arising out of the resignation of existing statutory auditors M/s. Deepak Maru & Co. (FRN: 115678W) as statutory auditors of the Company.
