EUROTEX INDUSTRIES & EXPORTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/03/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 22" March, 2024, interalia, to consider the following matters: 1. To appoint an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) on the Board of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders. 2. To re-appoint an Independent Director for the second term on the Board of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders. 3. To take approval for conducting the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company.
