Society Ltd., Saki Village, Kherani Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 072, Maharashtra ("property"). Further, the sale of this property does not constitute as an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company in terms of section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
