Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, read with SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015, we wish to inform that Mr. Collu Vikas Rao (DIN: 06900458), Nominee Director, representing LIC of India, has stepped down from the position of the Nominee Director of the Company with effect from 26th September, 2022 due to the reasons mentioned below: Disclosure Requirements Reason for Change: Resignation Details: Mr. Collu Vikas Rao (DIN: 06900458) has informed the Company that consequent to his appointment as Insurance Ombudsman, he has resigned from the Board of the Company in order to avoid any potential conflict of interest.
