pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Company has entered into an agreement with ''Exicom Power Solutions B.V.'', Netherlands, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on August 22, 2024, for granting of unsecured loan.
