Pursuant to the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to the NSE circular No. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02, 2019 and BSE circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, we wish to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from October 01, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration financial results for the quarter & half year ending September 30, 2021.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board meeting for considering the un-audited financial results for the quarter & half year ending September 30, 2021, will be intimated in due course.<BR>
