FCS Software Solutions Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 12th November, 2025, inter alia, to consider, approve following agenda items:- 1. Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30th, 2025, as per IND-AS Rules of Company (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015. In continuation to our intimation dated September 26th, 2025 regarding the closure of Trading Window from October 1st, 2025 till 48 hours after public announcement / declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended on September 30th, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain Closed till November, 14th 2025 for dealing in shares of the Company for all connected persons/Designated Persons/ insiders, including their immediate relatives.
