Appointment of Mr. Sumesh as an Additional Independent Director for the period of three years with effect from April 08, 2016 to April 07, 2019, subject to the approval of shareholders.<BR><BR>2. Took on record the resignation tendered by Mr. Abhishek Mishra from the post of Independent Director with effect from March 10, 2016.<BR><BR>3. Reconstituted various committees where in Mr. Abhishek Mishra was a members.
