Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable rules and regulations the Board of Directors at its meeting held on today i.e. Tuesday, 12th September, 2023, has, inter alia, considered and approved the following items: The Board has accorded its approval/consent for issuance and allotment of 2000000 (Twenty Lakh Only) Redeemable Non-Convertible Cumulative Preference shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (Rupees Ten Only) at a premium of Rs 40/- aggregating to Rs. 10 Crores to the Promoter of the Company namely M/s IM+ Capitals Limited.
