| Filtra Consultants And Engineers Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Standalone & Consolidated Annual Financial Statement comprising of the Balance Sheet as at 31.03.2022, the Statement of Profit & Loss and Cash Flow Statement for the FY ended on 31.03.2022 and consider draft Auditor''s Report. 2. Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the half year and financial year ended 31.03.2022 along with Statement of Assets & Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement as prescribed u/reg. 33 of Listing Regulations and consider draft Auditor''s Report. 3. To consider any other business with the permission of chair. Pursuant to SEBI Insider Trading Reg., trading window has been closed from 01.04.22 and shall remain closed till 48 hours from announcement of Audited Financial results for half year and financial year ended 31.03.22. Accordingly, trading window shall remain closed from Friday, 01.04.22 till Friday, 27.05.2022 (both days inclusive). | |
