This is to inform you that on account of resignation of Ms. Spardha Sharma, a member of the Internal Complaints Committee of the Company with effect from end of working hours of Saturday, 05th November, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. 14th November, 2022, has taken a note of such resignation of Ms. Spardha Sharma, member of Internal Complaints Committee and has considered and approved the reconstitution of the Internal Complaints Committee of the Company by appointing Mrs. Riwa Ashwin Kamble as a member of the Internal Complaints Committee with effect from 14th November, 2022.
