Pursuant to Regulation 31A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received request from Mrs. Devkumari Manekchand Kothari who is holding 71,270 Equity Shares of the Company, representing 0.06% of the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company and Mrs. Kalawati Prithviraj Kothari who is holding 69,92,600 (Sixty-Nine Lakh Ninety-Two Thousand and Six Hundred), Equity Shares of the Company, representing 5.51% of the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company who is presently classified as part of Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company, for reclassification as a public shareholder vide her letter dated 25th May 2023. The necessary steps will be undertaken by the Company in compliance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 31A (8) of the Listing Regulations.
