Due to cessation of Mr. Mohammed Ilyas Shaikh from the post of Interim Compliance Officer and Appointment of Ms. Dinal Alpeshkumar Kansadwala as a Company Secretary & Compliance officer, the structure of Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has been changed.
