Foods & Inns Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2022, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of 25% (Rupees 0.25 only) per equity shares of Re. 1/- for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2022. The Company has been maintaining a dividend of 20%, as the Company is entering into the 50th year, it is decided to declare further 5% increase in dividend on the occasion of Golden Jubilee.
