Shah, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned from his office w.e.f. the close of business hours on 8th April 2022. Mr. Gaurav Deshmukh (ACS 29291) shall act as the Compliance Officer with immediate effect, till the appointment of the Company Secretary is made. Please take the above on records.
