This is in continuation of our earlier intimation ref. no. FHL/SEC/2021-22 dated January 10, 2022, in relation to the suit / complaint filed by M/s. Emqore Envesecure Private Capital Trust ('Emqore') against 28 named defendants and 21 non-party defendants, including Fortis Healthcare Limited ('FHL') and IHH Healthcare Berhad ('IHH'), the holding company of Northern TK Venture Pte Ltd. (''the Promoter of FHL''), before the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, USA. The Complaint has never been served on FHL under the Hague Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents in Civil or Commercial Matters ('Hague Convention').
