Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on July 05, 2024 approved to designate Dr. Prem Kumar Nair as the Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company and recommended the re-appointment of Dr. Ashutosh Raghuvanshi as the MD & CEO for a further period of two year effective from March 19, 2025.
