Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirement) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. August 10, 2021, has accepted resignation of Mr. CK Nageswaran from the office of Whole-time Director (WTD) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company due to personnel reasons. His last working day as WTD & KMP will be 2nd October 2021.
