Pursuant to reg 30 of the SEBI (LODR), 2015, we wish to inform that the shareholders of the company in its meeting held on 21st dec, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. at G-4, C block, community center, naraina vihar, new delhi-110028, has approved the adoption of new set of MOA as per the companies act, 2013 and alteration of object clause of MOA by inserting few clauses in the main objects.
