| Franklin Leasing And Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Security Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 ('Listing Regulation '), We would like to inform you that the meeting of Board of Director of FRANKLIN LEASING & FINANCE LIMITED scheduled to be held on 24th August, 2022, Wednesday at 2.30 P.M at Registered Office of the Company to Inter-alia transact the following Matters: 1. To Consider and approve the Director Report and annexure thereof, Management Discussion analysis and Corporate Governance Report for the Financial Year 2021-22. 2.
