To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2025.
2. To approve the appointment of Independent Director- Ms. Rekha Naraniwal (As Additional Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company in pursuance of provisions of Section 174(2) of the Act
