This is to inform you that the 35th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Fredun Pharmaceuticals Limited will be held on Friday, 30th September, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. through Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OA VM). Further take note that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable Rules made thereunder and Regulation 42 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 16th September, 2022 to Friday 30th September, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
