| pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i,e. Wednesday, May 29, 2024; inter alia considered and approved the Audited Financial Result for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024. 1. In terms of provisions of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the following: a) Audited Financial Result for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024; b) Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow as on March 31, 2024; c) Auditor Report on the Audited Financial Result for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024; d) Declaration for unmodified Opinion on Audit Report. 2. Re-appointed M/s. Roy Jacob & Co, Practicing Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for conducting the secretarial audit for the financial year 2024-2025.
