Regarding the announcement filed on 13.06.2023 , It is therefore clarified that the CIRP has been initiated against Multi Flex Lemi Print Limited in which our company ( Futuristic Solutions Limited) being the secured creditor (1st charge holder) , has filed the claim of Rs. 172,02,71,203 ( Rupees One Hundred Seventy Two Crore Two Lakh Seventy One Thousand Two Hundred Three) which have provisionally been admitted by the designated IRP.
