Dear Sir, We would like to inform you, that as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" as framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and BSE circular no. LIST/COMP/01/ 2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 the trading window of the company will be closed for Board Members and Designated persons and their immdediate relatives with effect 1st April, 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone and Consilidated Financial Results for the quarter and year-ended 31st March, 2024, to the Stock Exchanges.
