In compliance of the provision of Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith voting result of the 31st AGM of the Company held on 26th September, 2025. The Scrutnizer Report is also enclosed hereto. We state that all the Resolution for approval at the 31st AGM as set out in the notice have been passed by the Members by requisite majority.
