Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 we inform that based on the recommendation of Audit Commitee and Board of Director of the company at their respective meeting held on 5th September 2024, the shareholder of the company at their 16th Annual General Meeting held on 30th September 2024 has considered & approved the appointment of M\S SCA & Associates Chartered Accountant as Statutory Auditor for the term of 5 Years from the conclusion of this AGM till the conclusion of 21ST AGM
